Credit Scoring
Two weeks ago, noyb
sent a cease-and-desist letter
to SCHUFA regarding its shadow database. At the same time, we announced that we would bring an injunction should the credit reference agency
refuse to comply with the requests set out therein
. SCHUFA’s deadline has now expired. In a public statement, it has rejected the allegations. Therefore, it is now certain:
noyb
will file an injunction. People can also still express their interest in a potential class action
here

“SCHUFA’s arguments are utterly grotesque. Apparently, SCHUFA believes itself to be some sort of semi-divine institution that stands above European law. We look forward to putting an end to this. Interest in a potential class action is also going extremely well.”
